Aaron "Brother A" Hill
Aaron Hill, known professionally as Brother A, has been a member of Noteworthy Philly since August 25, 2024. In addition to his work with the group, he is an active solo artist. His passion for singing first emerged in 1997, sparked by Oprah’s rendition of “I’m Every Woman” used as her show’s theme song. Although his interest in music waned for a time, it was later reignited by his high school English teacher, ultimately leading him to pursue music as a college major and graduate with honours in Vocal Performance.
As a solo performer, his work spans Rhythm and Blues, Jazz, Hip-Hop and Gospel. He often reflects on the inspiration he draws from Psalm 104:33: “I will sing to the Lord all my life and sing praises to the God as long as I live.”
Outside of performing—both with Noteworthy Philly and on his own—he is deeply committed to community service and regularly volunteers to support efforts that strengthen and uplift the city of Philadelphia.

Kavya Beldona
Kavya’s love for singing began in childhood, where music quickly became her “universal love language.” Growing up with a sister on the autism spectrum who is nonverbal, she found that music was one of the most meaningful ways she could connect with her—a bond that continues to inspire her artistry.
Her dedication to vocal performance carried her through years of school ensembles and earned her spots in both All State Chorus and the highly selective All Eastern Honors Choral Ensemble, a prestigious group that unites top singers from All-State festivals across the entire East Coast. At the University of Delaware, she continued her musical journey with University Singers and spent all four years in the D Sharps, UD’s all–female-identifying a cappella group. During her final two years as President, she helped lead the group to perform at Radio City Music Hall for the Christmas Spectacular—an opportunity that has since become an annual tradition.
Even after college, Kavya keeps music close, rooted in the love, connection, and community that shaped her earliest experiences.
Professionally, she works at JPMorgan Chase as a Marketing Associate, supporting campaign strategy, development, and execution for a variety of partners. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, exploring new restaurants, and staying active at the gym.

Kelley Ciotti
Kelley has been an enthusiastic singer and a cappella group member since her first experience with choir competitions in middle school. Upon moving to Philly, she eagerly sought a new group of vocalists to find community with, and stumbled upon the perfect group! Witnessing several accomplished women in her life experience corporate burnout (and anticipating her own), Kelley was inspired to begin her career by providing professional assistance to woman-owned start-ups in the Philadelphia and Boston areas. Outside of work and rehearsal, you can find her reading, writing, poorly playing piano, walking dogs, or paying too much attention to her house-plants.

Vince E. McNeil Jr.
Vince McNeil has been a musician since the 4th grade. He sings, plays piano and guitar, and recently picked up the bass and clarinet. He studied mathematics and Spanish in college; however, higher education is where his passion lies. He loves the entire student experience and believes that in-school student success and retention, positive post-graduation outcomes, and enthusiastic alumni engagement all start at, or even before, strategic recruitment and enrollment.
He loves working with students, faculty, and staff to create programming and policies that generate pathways to higher education for those who want to attend college and pathways to enrichment for those for whom traditional college is not the next step. In his career, he focuses on destabilizing barriers for student understandings by demystifying the hidden college curriculum.
In his free time, aside from arranging music, he loves to watch animated television and sends memes and reaction gifs to his friends instead of normal human communication.
Vince is also the founder and Executive Director of Noteworthy and serves as a principal arranger for the group as well.
